Divemaster Internship at Lanzarote Dive Centre is run over 3 months and is suitable for those with either a little or no experience as well as those who already have relevant experience and qualifications. The internship is structured to provide the required elements of the

PADI course's, but also much more, including the day to day running of a PADI dive centre. We teach Knots, Physics and Physiology; all needed for the Divemaster and Instructor exams, as well as mastering all the dive skills. 

We are actively concerned and interested in Conservation and include Project Aware skills and development as an integral part of the Internship. We carry out planned clean ups at local dive sites, work on your Buoyancy and Trim and the use of effective finning methods to ensure that the environment is protected. 

On average our Divemaster Interns do around 100 dives in the 3 months and have some of the best buoyancy and guiding skills in the diving industry.

Job requirements:

Prerequisites: 

  • You speak English fluently, every additional language is a big bonus. 
  • You are enthusiastic about diving and love to share your passion with others.
  • You are a good team player.
  • You are willing and physically able to lift and carry tanks and equipment on a daily basis.

Additional skills: 

• Additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, Dutch 

• Interest in marine conservation
