We are a small dive center located in Santa Catalina, Panama, and organize diving and courses in the beautiful Coiba National Park. We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and cheerful female instructor who wants to join our little family and help us make our clients´ experiences unforgettable. Duties include guiding certified divers, teaching courses (DSD, OW, AOW, EFR, Rescue, DM), debriefing after dives and helping out in the shop when needed. We are looking for long-term commitment and willingness to process paperwork,  not seasonal staff.

Due to the isolation of Catalina and the lack of easy access to supplies, the job sometimes involves patience and creativity when solving difficulties that may arise. The level of our clients ranges from complete beginners (we have a lot of DSDs) to very advanced, which allows for a varied diving experience for our instructors. Each instructor will only guide 6 people at the most, courses are limited to 4.
