Pearl Enterprise is just launching their luxury liveaboard M/Y Black Pearl I operating throughout the Palau – carrying 28 passengers for 7 night dive charters
We're looking for talent and experienced Cruise Director to join us to build the Pearl Fleet.

Job requirements:
Only candidate with minimum 1 year on the position Cruise Director experience.
Please do not apply unless you meet these minimum requirements:
* The position involves living in the Palau.
* PADI MSDT (or higher) with Nitrox
* At least 150 certifications to different levels
* At least 1,000 logged dives
* At least 2-3 years liveaboard experience and at least one year’s management experience
* Fluent spoken and written English
In addition we are looking for candidates with the following attributes/skills will be advantage:
* Additional languages
* Equipment maintenance and or mechanical or repair skills
* Have exceptional guest care and people skills
* Experience in guest handling
Required Language: English
Diving qualification: MSDT or higher
