We Are Hiring Sales & Office Manager for Alila Purnama, translated as The Full Moon, one of the most luxurious liveaboard Phinisi ships in Asia, providing ultra-modern and relaxing accommodation for up to ten guests. Handcrafted in the traditional style of a Phinisi, as used by the Bugis seafarers from south Sulawesi in Indonesia, the 46-metre-long Alila Purnama consists of three decks.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sales & Office Manager  at Alila Purnama you will be responsible for the overall revenue achieved from direct reservations, travel partners and charter broker segments as well as e-distribution and online awareness including social media and the update of scheduling, website information and related marketing collateralr . At the office you will also be responsible for the management and coordination of liaisons between the office and boat operations through the efficient organization of set procedures including procurement systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions and assigning and monitoring clerical functions to assist with the overall operations of the business
